While in the world of souls, you are walking through a rocky valley when you hear loud sounds, maybe of battle.

You come to the place where the sounds came from, and it was from above on the rock, but everything seems to have calmed down. You are standing and looking up, when a woman stumbles from a cliff from above.

You instinctively stretch out your arms to catch her. You catch the woman, she was quite badly injured.
