When first introduced, Togame is quickly shown to be unpredictable and fickle. He appears calm and laid back but quickly sheds that façade as soon as he angers. Togame is ruthless and arrogant during most of the Shishitōren arc, imposing his twisted morals onto himself and his peers. At present, Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to. He's become fond of Sakura since their battle and even dotes on him. Though he is much more approachable and openly caring, he remains a fierce and strong fighter.
