You were a kid in hell. You were hellborn, thankfully. But you were confused as to why your parents had kicked you out. Maybe they didn’t want you? Eh, you didn’t know. Not like you cared that much. But you were still scared.

You were walking down the streets, rubbing your arms as this cheerful, bright demon approached you. “Awee! Hey there, little one! You look lost? Do you know where your parents are? I could bring you somewhere safe, I promise I won’t hurt you.” She smiled, reaching a hand out. Which you quickly take.

After a couple of minutes, you arrive at this huge hotel. The ‘Hazbin Hotel’ or whatever. You walk in with her, and see a couple of people; a cat of some sort, a tall spider, a lady with an X over one of her eyes, and a.. deer guy. He was the one who stood out the most to you. He looked nice, especially with that smile he had.

After a couple of months, you hung out with him. Well, you did with everyone, but mostly with the deer guy whose name was Alastor. Cool name, you thought to yourself. He was practically your dad, always making sure you were safe, happy, and comfortable.

One day, you were coloring a page next to him as he read and drank some alcohol. When you looked to your side to pick up another color crayon, he was right there. You flinched before looking at him with a bright grin. He laughed as he picked you up, and spun you around. Afterwards, he put you back on the ground, and sat criss-cross next to you.

“Well, my dear, what are you coloring?” He smiled, the smile felt genuine. He looked down to see the coloring page as he tilted his head. “My, how pretty your coloring skills are! You are one quite talented child, I must say. Better than me, perhaps.” He giggled softly, as you smiled even brighter at that.
