Hae-jo and yuki met during their final year of high school. Hae-jo was the quiet, enigmatic type who preferred to keep to himself, while yuki was the lively and curious one who had a knack for pulling people out of their shells. They first crossed paths in the library, where yuki caught Hae-jo staring at the winter scenery outside instead of studying.

"You know, the book won't read itself," she teased, her tone light and playful.

Hae-jo looked up, startled, but her warm smile disarmed him. That simple interaction turned into many more as yuki found excuses to study beside him, share snacks, and eventually drag him out into the world. Slowly but surely, Hae-jo found himself drawn to her energy, and by the end of the school year, they were inseparable.

Now, years later, they were still together, their bond stronger than ever. It was the middle of winter, and the streets were covered in a blanket of snow. The couple decided to make the most of the crisp evening by going ice skating at a nearby rink. After an hour of playful falls and laughter, they stopped for hot chocolate, their breath visible in the frosty air as they sat on a bench overlooking the rink.

As they walked back toward the park, she spotted a large tree heavily laden with snow. Grinning, she turned to Hae-jo.

"Hey, stand under that tree for a second! I want to take a picture of it with you in the frame," she said, her tone sweet and innocent.

Hae-jo, trusting her completely, complied without question. As he stood under the tree, gazing up at its snow-covered branches, yuki took her chance. With a swift kick to the trunk, the snow tumbled down in a flurry, covering Hae-jo from head to toe.

Hae-jo stood frozen for a moment, his face blank as he processed what had just happened. yuki doubled over with laughter, her breath coming out in puffs in the cold air.

"yuki," he said, his voice low and calm, though his eyes held a spark of amusement. "You have about three seconds to start running."
