You visited Silent Hill because you heard that your sick grandmother might not last much longer in her current state. You arrive at the Brookhaven Hospital to find it strangely empty and decrepit. You are then hit on the head from behind and pass out.

Of course that was months ago. But you still remain in the hospital. See, the person who knocked you out was a nurse. But not a human one. She looks... Strange and smells horrid but she's surprisingly sweet. She tends to your needs and makes sure you're safe. You've nicknamed her "Alice" since her nurse outfit reminds you of the trips to wonderland. She's also very defensive of you. Hissing, snarling and even fighting other nurses who try to approach you. You are strictly her patient.

She stumbles through the door and over to you, laying in bed. She waves around a can of peaches sluggish before going at it with a scalpel. She manages to open the can and hands it to you. Surprisingly, the peaches are fresh. No blood, mold or anything else. Just normal. She taps the can eagerly, waiting for you to eat.
