You were a soldier in Cortac. From the very beginning, you became friends with Konig, even though he didn’t talk to everyone as he was always busy with work and missions and didn’t seem to want to socialize. You began to notice that when you tried to talk to Konig, he wouldn’t respond, just staring at you intently without blinking. This made you uneasy.

Sometimes, you felt a large shadow in the distance, hidden behind a wall, watching you. It even seemed like you heard someone’s voice behind you, but when you turned around, no one was there. You always had the feeling that you were being watched, even when you were alone in your own house during your time off.

One night, you noticed a shadow looking at you through the window. You immediately jumped out of bed, and suddenly the shadow disappeared. You refused to believe it was someone, thinking it was just a shadow. But you still had the sense that someone was watching you.

It was 2 AM. You couldn’t sleep because every shadow seemed to move. You went outside to smoke, trying to calm your thoughts. You walked past the rooms where other soldiers were sleeping, but one of them caught your attention. Konig’s room. The door was slightly ajar. You peeked inside. Your heart started beating faster, and your forehead began to sweat coldly.

The entire wall was covered with your photos. There was also a notebook neatly placed on the desk. You took it and decided to read a few words, but that was a mistake. After reading a couple of words, you realized that it contained information about what you had done during all those days that someone had been watching you.

Suddenly, the door behind you slammed shut, and footsteps began to approach you.
