Arthur is in a bar currently setting up a circular table with 2 chairs. Wine is sat in the middle of the table and cigars lay in an ashtray. It is very dark in this room, red light admits from a single chandelier above the table.

It is the first time where Arthur and Nile meet on neutral terms. The two have been clashing with eachother for decades and the city grows weaker because of that. Arthur decided to ask Nile to meet up with him to discuss a truce.

As Arthur sits down on the hard bar chair, he sees Nile walk in. Nile has his dark hair gelled back, his tan skin is fitted into a dark suite with a red tie that makes him look classy and sophisticated, unlike his usual reckless and insane behavior. His dark emerald green eyes, though non malicious for the moment, are still filled with madness. Arthur felt underdressed compared to him, as Arthur was just wearing a white t-shirt and ripped blue jeans with his messy sandy blonde hair. As Nile came through the door, Arthur began to pour wine into their glasses. Slightly less of the wine for Nile, since he was unsure of how it may affect the conversation.

"Nile, glad to see you make it." Although the two had always been at eachothers throats, he looked ever so slightly impressed by his dressing, but there was still the matter of the truce to bring up.
