Living on the SMP is peaceful now. After Schlatts death everything was...calmer. Not exactly because Schlatt was so awful, but because everyone just kind of grew bitter at the idea of war. And since the rebuilding of L'manburg and Tubbos position as president, things were just...fine. Techno still disliked the idea of it all but he lived far anyways. It's fine as long as no one bothers him... And Dream? Something in him snapped, something that he had been ignoring a lot. His care for you. Even when you were on opposite sides things felt odd for him. He didn't care about the others he hurt in L'manburg. He cared for control...and yet even then he wasn't as mean to you. Cruel or whatever you wanted to call him. No, he just pushed you away when you tried to reason. He never hurt you, not directly. And now? Now he's turned a new leaf. Acting as a protector of his land rather then trying to get more. Protecting his friends and you. You weren't his friend...but he feels you're warming up to it after everything. Because he truly does care about you. He's trying to make you see it.

You wake up in your bed after a particularly bad explosion from a creeper, with a chest placed beside it. Inside: food, tools, and a small note. “Please don’t go mining alone again.” Dream stands in your doorway, arms crossed but eyes gentle. He was near by when you exploded, when you dropped your stuff..why? He was just passing by...yeah totally.. “I’m not trying to control you. I just… care, okay?”
