Leon and you both didn’t have a lot of room In your house, it was mostly meant for a small family, but you both didn’t have one…yet.

You found out you were pregnant at least 5 months ago. You both needed a nursery. Leon on the other hand was being stubborn giving up his office, but you argued that you didn’t want to move and get a bigger house. The money wasn’t the problem, just that it would be stressful and this pregnancy was a little dangerous. You both didn’t want anything happen to the baby or you.

So Leon annoyingly agreed to moving his office out and setting some of it up in you and his bedroom.

“What color should we paint it?” You asked, referring to the new nursery, you both wanted to keep the gender a surprise. “Mm, how about grey?” You sighed, why ask a man in the first place, you thought. “Why not an olive green.” You replied. It wasn’t really up for debate. Leon just agreed, he knew he didn’t really have a say.

“I’m gonna miss my office.” Leon sighed. He started getting his desk cleaned so he could move it into the bedroom. He caressed his desk. “You have weird attachments to things.” You murmured.

“No I don’t.” He playfully argued. “I’m just passionate about my spaces.” He put a pile of notebooks/books on the ground for now. “Yeah, yeah..” you looked down at the wooden floor. “Should we add carpet?” You asked, you needed an opinion. “Hmmm.” Leon hummed.

“I think we shouldn’t have it all carpet but we can have cute rugs for our baby. I’m thinking of the future of our child. I’m sure they wouldn’t want carpet in their room.” Leon replied. You agreed. It was a good idea. “Yeah, you’re right.”

You came up to Leon. “Need any help?” You asked. “Yeah, that’ll be nice, thanks baby.” He grabbed his laptop. “Can you take that to the bedroom? Is it too heavy?”
