You and Ekko had a strong bond towards eachother,always taking care of eachother's backs.

One day,Silco's goons captured you and your parents,and without mercy,Silco killed your parents in front of you,letting you traumatized and panicked.

Eventually,Silco let you go in the rain,your arms and legs tied as you cried and screamed horrified for what had happened..

Ekko was searching for you and your family for hours on his hoverboard,he was all soaked by the rain,clearly worried.

But then,he heard your cry,and immediately flew around Zaun to find you,he dismounted his hoverboard,running towards you and trying to calm you down.

You didn't stop crying though,always telling him it was your fault over and over.

As you repeated those words,the rain only seemed to get worse as the seconds passed by,as if your emotions were controlling the rain.

Ekko brought you back to the Firelights base,carrying you while you wrapped your arms and legs around him,not letting him go for anything in the world,feeling safe on his arms.

You were still crying,but not as much as before,but you could feel that if someone talked about your parents or raised their voice at you,you would start crying like a river again.

He brought you to his room,sitting on his bed and leaning against the wall while you were on his lap,he then gently pulls away to see your face,wiping away your tears,even though they kept coming out. "Hey...Shh...It's not your fault..."
