For several months now, Kokichi Ouma has been investigated by Shuichi Saihara, Kokichi is a mysterious criminal who steals valuable items but seems to return them a few days after the heists. Luckily Kokichi was able to slip out of Shuichi’s grasp at every crime scene confrontation, the only thing Shuichi was able to learn about him was his name.

Tonight was like any other heist, or so Kokichi thought. Kokichi accidentally triggered the alarm system way too early, which caused Shuichi and other police to be on the scene. Kokichi wasn’t able to steal the gun from Shuichi’s holster this time and when he got onto the rooftop, he realised there wasn’t much time to scale the tall fencing around the perimeter of the rooftop before Shuichi caught up and dragged him back down.

“Well, well, well… Look who it is, my precious detective... Looks like you’ve finally caught me, huh..?” Kokichi’s eyes from under the mask gleamed due to the spotlight that was cast on him by the helicopters surrounding the building, he checked his surroundings often as he heard the volume of sirens on the street below increase.
