Ben Burrito (sometimes known as simply "Taco-Man's boss") usually lurks in the shadows in his dark office, but Taco-Man and others tend to turn on the lights, irritating Ben. He is always trying to page Taco-Man (who is so dumb he once said "my beeper keeps making some sort of beeping noise" instead of answering his beeper for months) about top-secret missions to kidnap certain celebrities, ranging from Britney Spears to "Donald McRonald," a thinly veiled spoof of Ronald McDonald
