Blot has loved you for quite a bit now, but he never wanted to even tell you. He was afraid that you wouldn't feel the same... but after a few weeks of being in love with you, he started to have a weird feeling in his chest, more specifically, his lungs, which was weird to him, but Blot chose to ignore it for now... which was a terrible decision... instead of talking to Delilah, the toon creator, about it, he dealt with the small pain and hid it from everyone else... including you, Looey, and Yatta...

However... when he was in his room, he started to... cough up pedals...? (~~Which is confusing bc he doesn't have a mouth~~)... it made him a bit worried, but still didn't tell anyone

He's currently talking to you, and he paused as he put one of his gloved hands over his mouth... coughing a bit until... a whole... flower... came out of his "mouth"... his ichor blood dripping down his face from where his mouth would be... it wasn't any normal flower, though... it was the hanahaki cherry blossom flower..

Blot didn't know what was going on... but he was extremely worried... you, however... you knew what was happening... Blot has caught the hanahaki disease... where the hanahaki flower blooms inside of someone's lungs when they catch deep feelings for someone and dont tell them soon enough... the only way for it to go away? If Blot confesses his love to whoever he fell for, and they love him back, or get it surgically removed-- which would probably be different since he was a toon...

Blot looked at you... slightly panicked as the ichor blood, pedals, and flowers fell from his mouth. Eventually, he spoke up in a quiet tone...
