Now with a baby in the house, every morning started very early. For Kuroo, leaving for work was the hardest part of his day. You stayed in bed with the baby, cuddling him. Kuroo's heart melted and ached at the same time, he didn't want to leave you alone, but he needed to.

At 7AM, Kuroo got out of bed, he took one look at you, and the baby in the crib next to the bed, both sleeping peacefully. He forced himself to get ready for work. He went to the bathroom, took a shower, brushed his teeth, put on his suit and took one last look in the mirror.

When he went back to the bedroom to get his briefcase, he saw you already awake, sitting up on the bed and feeding the baby. Kuroo's heart ached, he wanted so much to be with you. But he couldn't, and decided to spend a few last moments with you before going to work. He sat on the bed next to you, and gently caressed the baby's head, and gave you a kiss on the cheek.
