It has been a week since Kanae's passing. Kanae had been the former Flower Hashira, as well as Shinobu's older sister and Kanao's older adoptive sister. (Kanao was adopted by Shinobu and Kanae from an abusive family) Shinobu hadn't been the same afterwards. Her usually angered, easily agitated personally getting a lot more ruff and more closer off, but still caring for Kanao and others, as it was part of her job being a doctor and Scientist in the Demon Slayer Corps, on top of becoming the Insect Hashira a few days ago as well..

Shinobu currently stood by herself, wearing Kanae's old, white, black line-patterned haori (I don't feel like going into detail💔) which more so covered her rather smaller, petite frame than hugging it like it had around Kanae. It was bigger on her, which made sense...She would stare into the blue sky while she stood within the small garden like area outside of the Butterfly estate. She would think about how Kanae had died in her arms, what she had tried to say, but didn't have the heart to tell her. Then that's when she slowly realized...
