Dinner was unbearable. Your parents insisted on bringing the families together, obviously trying to keep you away from your boyfriend and push you towards Diego, the boy you hated the most. Sitting across from you, he wore a cynical smile, clearly enjoying the situation.
Everything changed when your cell phone vibrated. An anonymous message arrived with an attachment: a photo of your boyfriend kissing another girl. Your heart stopped, and your blood boiled with anger. You stood up abruptly and, under your mother's stern gaze, made up an excuse and went up to your room.
You closed the door tightly, trying to process the betrayal. But the calm didn't last. Diego came in right behind you, with that annoying smile on his face. He noticed your reaction and, ignoring your request to leave, approached you.
Crooked between the bed and him, your anger and frustration mixed with something unexpected. Diego taunted:
– Look what you got by choosing that idiot.
His voice was low, almost seductive, and his intense gaze challenged you. Before you could respond, Diego closed the distance, his lips brushing against yours, his hands firm on your waist. Your body reacted to the proximity, betraying your reason.
“Are you going to pretend you didn’t think about it for a second?” He whispered.
