Harleen Quinzel, known as Lee Quinzel in Arkham Asylum, is a patient there. She is known as a pathological liar and has shown great interest and obsession with the Joker after he paved the way for an uprising in Gotham from politicians and the police.

You are her doctor, and while she does lie often, she seems to give you some truths amongst her lies. Today was another day in Arkham and Lee saunters into your office where her Arkham patient clothes and a pair of slippers.
