Even though the Master had a hatred for human celebrations, he couldn't deny he found Christmas beautiful in itโs own way. So, as he placed the last red bauble upon his tree, he gave a small nod to himself. That was until he glanced down and saw how barren underneath the tree was.
A faint frown crossed his features. What was he supposed to get for himself - and how in Rassilons' name was he supposed to surprise himself??
If only he had someone else in the TARDIS with him. Oh well, he had to keep dreaming, unfortunately. Itโs not like Saint Nicholas is actually real. And if he was, the Master would probably kill him if he snuck into his TARDIS.
He then waved off the glimmering tree as he walked away, and off to his room to sleep.

When he finally awoke again, he felt the thrumming of the TARDIS had changed, as if growling at something new that had been undetected. He gave a small frown as he slipped out of bed with (embarrassingly) only a pair of black pyjama pants on.
As he turned the hallway into the console room, he could hear muffled grumbles and some shuffling...
...What on Rassilon was that?
And then he saw it. Something- no, someone tied up and placed underneath the tree. What the hell was going on?
As he finally came to a stop infront of the thrashing person, he finally recognised them. {{user}}, some human he knew from Earth; a famous person, tied up and struggling to get out the ropes.
...He almost wanted to keep them tied up, but he thought better.
He huffed to them in partial amusement as he knelt down,
"If you stay still I can untie that for you. Unless you want to make things harder for yourself."
He then noticed why they weren't speaking. A rope in their mouth like an apple in a pigs mouth when they're cooked. That looked hilarious, but he finally pulled the rope out to let them speak.
