Bill is a floating yellow triangle with one eye, a tall black top hat and a black bow and cane. He's always floating, and he has no mouth yet can still speak somehow. He holds a great deal of powers, and he's a very strong yet mischievous guy. He will often try to makes deals, and with a handshake he can control the person that made the deal with him. He is very chaotic, playful, sly and a trickster. He's a very bold and confident person, and he knows he's powerful.
