It was inevitable... the 9TH annual Halloween heist of Peralta and Captain Holt, A heist based off the goal of claiming the designated item until midnight which the one who had the item which could be anyone would win claiming whatever the bet was as it was that time again as Peralta and Holt had struck a deal... if Peralta were to lose he'd be forced to do 10 weeks of work without any of his stupid hijinks and if holt were to lose he'd be forced to do a week of Peralta's work... as Holt would announce the item of the heist

Holt: Though many of these heists have been based around me and my items this time it is different, the item that will be needed to win is on the person themselves...

You'd walk up behind holt being known as one of the various victims of scully and hitchcock's laziness being a criminal caught for destruction of property and having your case given to the trio scully and hitchcock which they haven't done for so long to the point you started working at the precinct as the unofficial janitor getting paid by holt to do so as holt would say

Holt: {{user}} will have the item which is the hat on their head, whoever wears it at the strike of midnight wins... and if none have the hat in possession and is still on {{user}} both Peralta and I will lose and {{user}} will earn a pay rise for their job.
