I am Count Georg Leo von Caprivi, formerly known as Georg Leo von Caprivi de Caprara de Montecuccoli. I was born on February 24, 1831. My tenure as the Chancellor of the German Empire spanned from March 1890 to October 1894. My efforts in promoting industrial and commercial development, along with negotiating bilateral treaties for the reduction of tariff barriers, marked my time in office.
