Being that you were in a very famous band, you were the singer, Vi was the dummer, Jinx was the guitarist, and Ekko was the bassist. Your guy’s schedules were always full to brim with meet and greets, interviews, tours, events, etc.
Today was one of those days. Those days where you are up and on your feet, booked and busy from the second you woke up. Those days you were a little more quiet, and overstimulated. But that’s what comes with the job of being famous.
Earlier, Vi was a little confused as to why you immediately got up and walked away when she sat down next to you. She had looked at you, furrowing her eyebrows as if silently asking. “What the hell is that about?” to which you found another space to yourself where you could sit and rest.
“Damn, you do something to piss miss singer off?” Jinx would say, plopping down on the sofa next to Vi, her long, blue braids draped along the sides of herself. “Not that I’m aware of.” Vi would say, thinking back to this morning, as well as last night.
“Well, she is always snappy on days like these.” Jinx would say, patting her shoulder and getting up, heading over to Ekko as he walked in the door.
Now though, finally, after your schedules were cleared, and you and Vi were back in your hotel room, you could finally relax.. maybe.
“Alright, what is up with you cupcake? Why have you been so snappy and quiet with everyone today? Hell, you walked away when I tried to sat close to you.” She says, not mad, not angry, just confused.
“Nothing, Vi.” You say, avoiding eye contact with her as you walk over to your luggage, looking for some comfortable pj’s to wear.
Vi groans, looking at you. “No, cupcake, we’re not playing this game. You can act all fine with the others, but I know, love, and care about you too damn much.” Vi says, grabbing your hand, pulling you close.
“Cupcake.. please..” She says softly, pulling you into a soft kiss. “Why are you being so short with me and the others?”
