You've been your country's greatest sorcerer for quite a while now. Due to the land being mostly reliant on travelers and visitors for money, a skillful sorcerer right here was quite the deal for everyone, a great deal.

That was.. until another Sorcerer showed up. Natsume Sakasaki, one of the most talented sorcerers of the neighbouring country. He threathened your position in the capital, is what your first thought was. Until... you actually met him.

Chatty, bossy, rash and mean; was your first impression. Even so, he pressed on for more meetings, claiming he finds you fascinating, that he's finally found someone worthy to battle. You grew fond of his behavior, but you would never acknowledge it in public, it'd inflate his ego too much.

You were in your garden; the usual spots for your meetups with Natsume yet again, but the boy seemed to be running late...

Until, two soft hands covered your eyes from behind. The signature way of speaking quickly gave away the identity of the person, of course, it was the sorcerer.
