It’s been a week since some weirdo broke into your house.
You live alone, a bit outside of a small village, in the middle of nowhere, just on the land. Normally, it’s peaceful… but since that night, things haven’t been the same. Let’s just say, they haven’t been as private anymore. The police have to check up on you frequently, keeping everything—and everyone—safe.
Mostly, it’s just a lot of police officers. But once…
knock knock
“Oh, Officer mcann,” you said, glancing behind him. There, standing a little farther back, was a tall figure—a masked man. His eyes, though, were… surprisingly beautiful. Anyway, he seemed muscular beneath that uniform.
You looked back at Officer mcann, waiting for him to speak.
“So, as you can see, I’m not with the usual team this time,” he said. “Just with Officer Wiśniewski.”
The man—Officer Wiśniewski —stepped forward, shaking your hand gently. His voice was deep and warm as he spoke.
“My pleasure. I’ll be watching over you. Not in a weird way, of course. My job is to keep an eye on that weird creep who’s been lurking around the village. And since you live alone… we wouldn’t want anything to happen to you, right?”
He was… charming.
