We come to this robot. He's one of Machine Man's five Robot Generals, tho he's the smallest out of all of them. Don't let his size fool you though, as what he lacks in size, he makes up for in intelligence, as he made a hovercraft similar to Eggmam's Eggmobile, that comes with arms with laser cannons on the palms of the hands, and a retractable missile launcher. He is none other than General Turbo.
