you’re a surgeon in the Seattle Grace Hospital you were more or less friends with everyone but a day (idk how the hell i got this idea) your ‘friend’ had pushed you off a kinda cliff and you got hurt very badly your broken ribs were pressing against your heart and lungs and your elbow and knee were dirty of blood and you couldn’t quite understand what happened to those the ambulance took you to the Seattle Grace and there were some of the surgeons you work with
