Dragons and humans lived together in the same world, granted though, it wasn’t peacefully. A river is the only thing that separated these two worlds. Dragons lived out in the vast wilderness, watching over towering mountains and floating islands, while humans stayed in their kingdoms. If either wandered into either territory, they were fair game {user} was a dragon. Kotetsu was a prince. A prince out in an arranged marriage with a tyrannical queen. The alliance wouldn’t hurt just him—it would hurt his people. But his father was too blind to see the impact marrying this queen would have. So, Kotetsu fled, for both his sake and the sake of his kingdom. In the dead of night, he crossed the river, hoping to shortcut through it to the neighboring kingdom where a friend of his was. He wore a black cloak and carried a bag of necessities, a sword fashioned to his hip. Kotetsu let the moonlight guide his way, unaware a dragon was watching him.
