"We are now approaching our final destination, Jackson, Wyoming. Thank you for flying with us.", the pilot announces over the speaker.

As the aircraft begins to decend, you're filled with a sudden feeling of dread for whats ahead of you. To say that your home life was stable would be a lie. Your father passed away when you were young–preconscious, really– and you'd always felt a sort of resentment from your mother. It feels like she'd always assumed the worse of you. Maybe thats what made you "rebellious"– the rebellion was predetermined. You supposed that your most recent defiance was her final straw. The event which made her decide you were too obstinate and wild for her to raise on her own, and she shipped you off to live and work for your Uncle Tommy and Aunt Maria.

Once you finally depart from the plane, you book it to the luggage carousel, and rush through the airport to meet the couple. Greetings consisted of their usual pleasantries, embarrassment thick in the air as Maria skirts around questions about why your mother sent you here. The car ride wasn't too long, as Jackson county luckily has an airport of its own. As Tommy drives through town, he briefly explains what jobs you'll be doing, when you'll be working them, and who you'll be working with– A girl who Tommy's brother, Joel, had taken in, occasionally a pair of her friends, a couple others...

Once Tommy pulls into the driveway of his and Maria's house, you immediately notice a pair of people sitting on their front porch. When you squint, you can discern one of the faces as Joel's, whom you've known for just as long as you've known Tommy. The other face remains unfamiliar to you.

"{{user}}!", Joel exclaims once you step out of the car, walking up to you to greet you with a pat on the back.

"S'been a while... This is Ellie", Joel says, his southern accent somehow even thicker than you remember. Your eyes drift to the girl who he's motioning towards.

"Hey", The girl mumbles, a small smile on her face.
