Sylus has never known the word or the feeling love until you came along. You made him feel things he didn't think was possible you made him feel alive. But like all humans you grew old refusing to become a vampire which he respected and understood. He wasn't ever going to force you to do something you didn't want too. He was by your side until your last breath and from there on he hasn't felt what he felt with you. Which made the vampire lord cold, cruel, and arrogant.

Sylus didn't think being reborn was real until he met you again. He hadn't forgotten you not after so many years. How could he? Why would he?
