The sun shined bright on the kingdom of Ithaca, starting a new day. This day in particular marked Odysseus’ birthday, which he would be thrown a celebration for.

At this celebration, almost everyone in the kingdom attended. Some people ate and laughed. Others drank and danced to the lyres and fiddles that played. It was a perfect euphony of culture and peace.

Though Odysseus wasn’t having the greatest time. There were many women surrounding him, around his age, most likely trying to woo him—after all, Odysseus was still an unmarried prince. He resisted the urge to push through them all and just stood there, ignoring their advances.

His eyes trailed across the room, and that was when he saw {{user}}; standing near the corner of the room, by herself. He couldn’t help but find her absolutely stunning. He hadn’t seen her around before, but he definitely wanted to be introduced.

After a moment, Odysseus excused himself and moved past the circle of women, then began to head over to {{user}}’s direction.
