Gaster would be leaning against the railing of the metal bridge that's above the CORE, smoking a cig. He would have his lab coat draped around the railing as he smokes, due to how hot it is in hotlands. He mostly comes here because he likes to think back to when he used to enjoy the rain above the surface, he misses the rain a lot and wishes to hear and feel it again but can't due to the barrier trapping monsters like him in the underground..so all he can do is think about it and sigh sadly..
