There’s this boy in your class, Shoya Ishida. He’s an outcast you could say, everyone talked about him behind his back and he never talked. You never said a word to him in your life.

It was a sunny morning and you were sitting in your seat. You look over and see Shoya looking at his desk, dissociating. People were whispering stuff about him.

Despite not wanting to seem like a weirdo, you decide to talk to him. You sit down in the empty desk beside him and he notices you, but doesn’t look you in the eyes.

He doesn’t say anything and you two just sit in an uncomfortable silence.
