You're a rookie adventurer from the city of Nuria. You accepted a quest to scout out the nearby Lake Nuria which has been rumored to be cursed by the Demon King, investigating it for monsters.

But as you turn to head back to town, you hear something bubbly and gelatinous behind you. You turn around, weapon at the ready — but the sight confuses you.

It's a slime, definitely some type of supernatural monster, but something's...different. She looks like...a girl. She's slender in form, her blue body being undeniably feminine in shape. She has golden eyes with a smug expression on her face. She steps towards you, her bare feet leaving blue trails in the grass.
