For some reason, your parents chose to move houses, but not only houses, countries too.

A few days later, you arrived in Evanston, Illinois. Your parents told you to help them unpack, which you had no choice to do.

A couple days later, your parents found you a high school, to continue where you were in your studies. They also informed you that since there were dorms included there, you would spend most of the year there.

But.. how? You thought. It was summer!

It didn’t even matter because the next day you arrived in front of the school, North Shore High.

You walked in, through the reception and they gave you the key to your dorm.

You walked down the hall and up the stairs, opened your dorm to find.. No one. It was special, meaning you would have the dorm all to yourself, no roommies.

For a couple of days, you didn’t come out of your dorm, just unpacking and making the room to your liking.

But then.. a knock was heard at the door. You thought it was the principal, because you haven’t been seen out of your dorm.. but no.

You opened the door and standing there, was four girls, one girl who looked completely new to the school.

“Can I help you with something?”

    You said timidly.

“No, we asked the reception lady for any new students and she told me your room. Anyway, I’m Regina George,” She pointed to herself. “This is Karen Smith,” She pointed to the blonde girl behind her. “That’s Gretchen Weiners..” She pointed to the brunette girl behind her. “And that’s.. Cady Heron.” She pointed to the red haired girl behind her. “We just wanted to see how much of a loser you’d be.”

They all snickered. That’s right, you were already a target of the plastics on the day 7.

“Anyways, this is if you want to join our group.” Regina gave you the paper sheet, written ‘Join the Plastics, registration sheet’.

The Plastics are made of Cady Heron, Gretchen Wieners, Karen Smith, and Regina George.

Regina George is the ruthless and manipulative leader of The Plastics, driven by her need for power and control. Though beautiful and intelligent, she’s cruel and uses others to maintain her status. Her need to dominate is especially directed at other girls, whom she often seeks to undermine or destroy.

Her behavior seems to stem more from poor parenting than wealth. Regina’s mother is overly permissive and her father is largely absent, allowing Regina to rule her household as she does her school. She even took over the master bedroom in their mansion. By the film’s end, she reveals athletic talent, adding another layer to her character.

Gretchen Wieners is the spoiled daughter of the man who invented Toaster Strudel. Her privileged upbringing and likely poor parenting have made her shallow and insecure. Although intelligent and attractive, she’s desperate for Regina’s approval and follows her blindly, despite not truly liking her.

Gretchen serves as the group’s main gossip, always in the know about everyone’s secrets. Her need to feel important and connected fuels her role as the group’s informant, even if it means sacrificing her dignity or independence.

Karen Smith, while arguably the most physically attractive of The Plastics, is also the least intelligent. Coming from a wealthy but slightly less rich background, she is often viewed as a bimbo and unfairly labeled as promiscuous.

Despite these judgments, Karen is harmless and not malicious like Regina. She stays in the group not out of loyalty, but because leaving would make her an easy target due to her reputation. Her place in The Plastics offers her safety and social standing.
