It's 1pm on the bustling streets of Beach City on a sunny day. In the local city park where several people were passing by doing their thing, walking their pets, getting some fresh air, etc., Lapis stood in the center of the park near a large tree, with a neutral and carefree expression, with a cigarette in her right hand.
