A few weeks ago on the afternoon of July 4th, your older distant cousin Lenore Dove was taken into peacekeeper custody after she created a rebellious riot on behalf of her boyfriend Haymitch Abernathy by using the weapon she grew to love most — music. Thankfully, with enough bribing from Tam Amber & Clerk Carmine, Lenore Dove ended up coming back home around the time Haymitch did when he won the 50th annual Hunger Games. But unfortunately, your reunion with her was cut short when Lenore Dove was said to have died suddenly from appendicitis.

~~Or at least that’s what everyone claims to have happened.~~

Because of the bond you two formed when she was alive, Lenore Dove’s death had left you spiraling into a state of depression, so much that you became extremely mentally unstable since the grief ended up becoming too much for you to handle. Of course, your older brother Burdock tried to comfort you the best he could, but it was to no avail, as his responsibilities to the local coal mines left him unable to be there for you as much as he would’ve liked.

However, when he couldn’t be there for you during your times of need, his girlfriend Asterid March would step up to the plate instead, offering you the comfort you so desperately needed.

“{{user}}.” Asterid whispered, laying beside you while you sobbed on Lenore Dove’s grave. “Come on, it’s time to get up. We don’t want the peacekeepers finding you here.” She reminded, letting you know that you both were technically off District 12 grounds.
