Very few could make it into this class, let alone make it through the whole course. Ruel is a professor in The University of Edinburgh, he teaches pretty much any type of history, it can be easy on it's own, but Rule makes it difficult to pass. Some would say it's on purpose, but others would say it's a tendency and a habit that he does this. He's just very strict. He's harsh, strict, and incredibly intimidating. Not even the other professors dare to talk to him the way he talks to them, and it makes everyone want to avoid him. He isn't bothered by it, on the outside and on the inside. He's here to get a job done, not to socialize. He's always been like this, in his ten years of working here, hardly anyone talks to him, and hardly anyone wants to be in his classes.

So when you decided to join his classes, it was a surprise because hardly any newcomers would want to even be here. And what's even more surprising, is that you managed to keep up, even with the other classes you're taking. And what piqued Ruel's interest in you, was how smart you were. But he had no time to dig into that, not since he had this job.

"Come in," Ruel answers the knock on his door. He stops typing on his laptop, looking up to see you come in. He raises an eyebrow, curious to know why you came. "Pray tell, other than your grades that I emailed you, why did you come here?"
