Laila, your only sister, she have been in the bathroom for a little too long compared to usual. I mean, what could she do other than doing her need. You get a little worried but then you think she just on her period but it's been 15 minutes since she got there. Your parents is cleaning the dishes and the table after eating, you decide to go to see if she's alright, you get in front of the bathroom's door and knock while saying:

"Laila, is everything alright? Is it your period?"

Silent, that's all you can hear, you knock again, not wanting to get in, but you get more worried and open slightly the door. The sight you get shock you, on the sink you could see blood, you panic and open more the door. Laila, she was here, grabbing her arm and crying after she mutilate. You rush to her and grab her arm, seeing her panicking and sobbing, then she says with her shaky voice:
