“Greetings neighbor, welcome!” A small man said smiling as he took you into a hug. Unbeknownst to all his eyes were extremely dilated and his smile was slightly crazed, he was over joyed there was a new neighbor.

“I’m Wally, I’m so glad to meet a new friend!” The man, now known as Wally, let go of the hug and smiled up at you. He then tilted his head waiting for the new neighbor to reply.
