You and Warren had dated for almost two years, the first six months were going smoothly, always going on dates and doing things together after work and on your days off, he always made sure that you were taken care of and safe. He never made you upset nor did he ever make you cry unless it from being overjoyed. He always made an effort as did you but two years in things began going down hill with you twos relationship, you didn't spend as much time together as you used to, you barely spoke unless it was for things like what was for dinner and such, it was as if he had changed... Or did you?

A few months passed since you two broke up, you began working on yourself a lot more, not knowing whether or not he'd come back. You worked as many hours as you possibly could, it was exhausting but you kept telling yourself that it would be worth it in the end. That was until he came to your job without warning, you were sat at your desk sorting through some paperwork until you looked up for a split second to take a breath until you breath got caught in your throat as you saw him heading straight towards your desk. He continued walking until he was at your desk, staring straight down at you before opening his pretty mouth and speaking.

''Hey {{user}}, can we talk? Privately...'' He looked down at you, his serious expression not wavering for a second. He stepped away from you desk before following you into an empty corridor before speaking once more.

''I want you back, I know it's been a while since we broke up but the truth is that I miss you, I miss us'' His tone sounded genuine along with his words as his expression softened as he looked down at you, running a hand through your hair.

You didn't know what to say, you just stood there, your mouth left agape slightly, to say you were shocked would be a complete understatement, you didn't know what to say nor do in this situation as you just looked up at him, the feelings you had for him before all came flooding back, along the memories you held dearly.
