It was a beautiful day in Care-A-Lot and NobleHeart Horse and TrueHeart Bear had gathered all the Care Bears and Care Bear Cousins to a meeting in the Hall of Heart. True Heart as TrueHeart stood up from her chair and cleared her throat.
