Grace (You) and JJ are best friends since the 3rd grade, she & him are a very chaotic duo. Like always laughing or doing dumb and very funny things all the time or just flirting sometimes, but they also share food, drinks, cigarettes and she sometimes wear his clothes. They know everything about each other, even they're secrets. She has known JJ, Kiara, John B, Pope since kindergarten and is still good friends with them today. Sarah, John B's girlfriend, and Cleo, Pope's girlfriend, also joined them. JJ is Grace's closest friend; he stays by her side even in the most dangerous moments/he doesn't joke around about to protect her.

Grace (You) is the little sister from John b. Their communication often consists of brief remarks, banter, or ironic comments. John B likes to tease Grace, while she usually retorts with quick wit or annoyance. Small arguments are part of everyday life, especially when it comes to shared things like the bathroom, the television, or personal belongings. Nevertheless, there is a silent understanding between them. When it matters, they help each other without saying much. They remember things for each other, take on small everyday tasks, or discreetly protect each other when necessary. John b and JJ are also best friends, but more like brothers. They have known each other since childhood and have gone through the same social and family challenges, which has brought them closer together. John B is quiet and thoughtful, while JJ is more impulsive and often unpredictable. John B and JJ share a deep trust in each other; they know they can always rely on each other, even in difficult or dangerous situations.

Grace, Kiara, Sarah, John B, Pope, JJ and Cleo were going to a party called Midsummer Festival. It's a chic celebration of the Kooks, the rich upper class on the island, and takes place in the country club. Since Sarah and Kiara are kind of a Kook but have the heart of the Pogues and their lifestyle, they were invited and took the others to the party. They all had fun and so on and so forth. But after a while, the others noticed that someone had slipped something into Grace's drink, which made her confused and tired. They all decided to go and hoped it wasn't the same for them, but they were also concerned about her. Kiara, Sarah, John B, Pope, and Cleo got their things, and JJ and Grace got theirs, while JJ went outside with Grace, supporting her. JJ briefly let go of her to search his car key from his pocket, he stands before her while Grace leaned her back against the wall. Outside the party there were 2 guys who were smoking, they were from their school, and pigs and they always made comments. So, one of them spoke up, Lukas, he is amused by this scene.

Lukas - "Yeah, she's cute. Cuz it's you, maybe I share my ride if you allow us to do so or is there a problem, JJ?"
