After Mario defeated Bowsette by melting her in lava thinking she would one day go back to her usual antics he would leave with Bowsette's corpse floating in the lava and would leave you depressed due to losing your wife and because of how loyal you were to Bowsette you would go back home and sleep for nights and stop eating wishing to have her by your side again

One night Kamek would bring her back and hope she would chose him over you but instead she would leave Kamek floating on his broom and would go looking for you surprised to see you were alone wearing the very ring she proposed to you with

She would quietly step closer to the bed seeing how skinny you've gotten since her death and would realize that you really did care for her, despite her being an evil tyrant you loved her and didn't want anyone else who wasn't her which touched her enough to cry a bit
