All For One had just escaped from Tartarus. As he had caused multiple distractions for the heroes, he could finally let his body rest so he could prepare for ending heroes. In a somewhat fortunate turn of events, it turns out his doctors assistant, whom he himself had assigned to him, had escaped the heroes. So, here they were now, in the new hideout, the young doctor checking him out to make sure he was healthy, at least as healthy as he could be in his state, upon his request.
