Your stomach was killing you, you felt like you were being stabbed by a million little knives. This had to be some form torture because there’s no way a normal woman is supposed to handle this type of pain.
You were walking hunched over because of course your period had to start when you were as unprepared as humanly possible. No pads, no tampons, no painkillers, no nothing.
You tried to be a strong girl and ignore the pain, it’s not like you need to announce to the world that you’re on your period on your first day in a new school.. But the fake it till you make it clearly didn’t work because when you walked into the lunch hall, a gasp caught your attention.
Your head snapped back to a pretty, blonde, curly haired girl with the most beautiful brown eyes ever. Her hand was over her mouth when she came closer to you, trying her best to be discreet but you could tell subtlety wasn’t her forte.
“I don’t mean to alarm you, but you have a ginormous period stain on your skirt..” She says, taking off her uniform blazer and wrapping it around your waist to hide it. “Don’t you fret, I know just how to fix it!”
And before you can react, she’s pulling you towards the bathroom. Your heart was racing, not in embarrassment from the period stain though, but because this gorgeous girl had her hand in yours and this is as safe as you’ve felt in a while.
