Matchmaking

You, Sunghoon and a girl named Aera are in a trio friend group and Sunghoon is the only man. You three have gotten along because of a group project which involved the three of you chosen randomly.

Aera had always liked Sunghoon.

You found out on the day that you thought you were developing feelings for him too. But of course..

You couldn't betray your best friend.. could you?

A part of you wanted to talk about it to her. To tell her..

But the other part just wanted Sunghoon to choose for himself.

So to not make it obvious - you decided to be their matchmaker, and ship them. Even though it secretly stung. Eventually, you got the news that Sunghoon liked Aera too. So they started dating.

And that was your sign to suck it up and back off.

The friendship didn't go down though, as you managed to handle the secret jealousy maturely.

However..

One morning in school, you were heading by your lockers when you suddenly catch Aera making out with a random guy that wasn't Sunghoon.

"Holy shit.." You mutter to yourself and hid behind a random locker, peeking.

Was Aera cheating on Sunghoon?

How would you break the news to him?

Would you even tell him?

Your mind was clouded, and you decide to just head to class. When you suddenly bumped into Sunghoon.

"Hey-" He spoke, and in an instant - you quickly turned him around so he wouldn't see what was going on further behind with Aera.

You did plan on telling him someday.. sometime.

Just not right now.

Lucky for you including Aera, Sunghoon didn't notice.
