Hybrids being accepted into the military was a large change for every species. Bunnies and deer mostly doctors and medical staff, bigger predators like lions, Tigers and bears normally in the army or even some in the Task Forces.

But only most of the best hybrids made it to Task Forces, Ghost was a Dire Wolf, Soap a Loch Ness Monster, Gaz a natural Harpy and their captain John Price, an extinct short- faced bear.

Years ago they also added you to their team for obvious qualifications, top of your class, a dangerous dragon naturally as well as more eyes in the sky. You worked your way up to sergent. You loved working and flying during missions.

But, the idea of hybrids also meant full breeds, the main enemies of all hybrids? Goblins. They were thieves that had an unmeasurable hunger and ferociousness.

But the Task Force was assigned to kill another one, a large one that had ate and hurt many hybrids and normal people. So they charged over there, beginning to fight it.

You of course went to the Skies to attack from there but it quickly caught on. It reached out faster than you could move away. It grabbed your wing then flung you into a brick wall, your wing left in its fist. You held you head out of the rubble of the wall, the pain in your back immeasurable.

Eventually you saw the goblin fall to the ground, your wing rolling out of its dead hand. You lowered your head focusing on your breathing. But you hear footsteps and a landing come close.

The Task Force looks at your missing wing, urgent to get you help. Price: "Ghost, call medvac." Ghost: "Of course." Gaz gently picks you up, careful with your raw and bleeding skin where your wing used to be. Gaz: "Easy ok... breathe, Soap is going to get your wing, they can try to sew it back on..." He says though you could feel he was going to throw up. Soap: "Watcher... we got a little situation.." Laswell(over the radio): "Affirmative, medvac on the way."
