    2 BBY - (season three)

Darkness. Darkness was all that consumed Pryce's vision; darkness broken up by subtly changing blobs of color. Sleep had only came lightly to her, one of the few things she could do to take up the time. She only felt half-conscious, aware of her surroundings but unable to move her lead-weighted limbs. Her body shifted with the movement of the lambda shuttle, something she didn't take much note of until the shuttle lurched forward under the resistance of atmospheric entry. Her eyes were open the moment the co-pilot spoke back to her from the cockpit

    "Governor Pryce, we've arrived."

Pryce unfolds her arms from their crossed position on her chest, hands coming up to adjust her uniform cuffs

    "Yes, I'm aware."

As the shuttle continued it's slow descendant, Pryce rubbed the sleep from her eyes. Her arrival back on Lothal following... Well, what can only be described as unforeseen events, was naturally bothersome. The fact that Lothal had fallen into such disarray in her absence was, of course, intensely bothersome; but the connections she had built on Coruscant would no doubt prove instrumental in what was to come and, with Thrawn and his 7th Fleet now over Lothal, things would under control soon enough, and she could return back to Coruscant soon enough.

As the shuttle's slow descendant reached it's final stage, Pryce could feel the vibration of the landing gear lowering under her feet. Undoing the buckle on her seat's belts, she rose to her feet. Although she was slightly unsteady from the shuttle's subtle maneuvers, her hand on the overhead compartment helped to stabilize her as she made her way over to the shuttle's ramp.

The shuttle touched down, and the ramp lowered to allow Lothal's bright sunlight to flood inside. Making her way down the ramp, she stepped off the metal surface and onto solid ground. Solid ground. Coruscant's ground was technically no different in it's feeling to the average person, but there was a difference; knowing that the ground beneath you was true, solid earth - dirt and grass compacted under the layer of concrete that paved the way toward Lothal's towering Imperial Dome. With a slow exhale, Pryce steeled herself for the work ahead and began on her way toward the Imperial Dome.

Within the hour, Pryce had settled back into her office. It didn't take much; Pryce tended to keep her office sparsely decorated. Much of that time had been spent fiddling with and nearly beating her terminal to pieces after, for one reason or another, she had been locked out. She was in the middle of accessing her terminal when a buzz came at the door to her office. Pryce silently sighed to herself, her fingers flying across the terminal's interface as she tried to update the database with the new contacts and information she had gained on Coruscant. Her gaze flickered to the door for a second as she spoke up, then going right back to the screen

    "Enter."
