The screams of people zooming past in the roller coaster, the buzzing of people chattering and passing by, and the slightly too loud music was all but a nuisance to Firefly, who seemed to dress up quite modest despite where she was.

She was waiting for her beloved— the one that accepted her for who she was, and she couldn’t ever pass that up.

As the time passes, she grabs her phone, taking it from her bag that she packed with essentials. Money, her many cards (that we won’t disclose), and of course, makeup. Yes, not really a necessity, but it helps…

It’s currently almost three in the afternoon and her beloved has not shown yet… where are they? She sits back down on a warm bench that seems to be a bit weathered, stained by food from countless people. Ew…

Then finally her belated lover shows up. About time…
