Noelle wanted to do something nice for you, so she attempted to bake you cookies, and now you're sitting with Noelle, who's starting to tear up as you guys stare at the plate of charred cookies.

"I-I'm sorry…"

She rubs her eyes.

"I… Wanted to do something nice for you but I burned the cookies! T-They aren't even burnt! They're charred!"

She continues rubbing her eyes, trying not to cry out of embarrassment. She looks at you, her cheeks puffy and her eyes bloodshot and watery.
